▼By Train

It is directly connected to the JR Bicchu Takahashi Station. Exit the station and continue left.
It takes 60 minutes by local train from Okayama Station, and 35 minutes from Kurashiki Station.
It takes 35 minutes by express train from Okayama Station and 20 minutes from Kurashiki Station.

Sanyo Expressway→ Okayama JCT→Okayama Expressway → Exit Kayou IC (15 minutes)
Chugoku Expressway→Hokubou JCT→Okayama Expressway→Exit Kayou IC (15 minutes )

▼Parking

Please use the parking near the JR Bicchu Takahashi Station (first 30 minutes are free) .
Users of the library may use the parking for another 90 minutes for a total of 120 minutes. You may bring your parking ticket to counters on any floor for a parking waiver.
After 120 minutes, you are charged 100 yen for every 60 minutes.
It is open from 8:30 A.M. - 9:00 P.M. You cannot park outside of business hours, however, you may take out your car at anytime.
Any persons with disabilities can park for free. Please bring your parking ticket to the 2nd floor counter.
Parking space is limited. Please use public transportation as much as possible.

There is a free parking space near the JR Bicchu Takahashi Station.
It is open from 9:00 A.M. - 9:00 P.M. You cannot use this parking space after business hours.
